Aero Engine Controls' actuators have been proven in the field.  Our actuators have exceptional reliability of over 120,000 hours mean time between unscheduled removal (MTBUR) on Rolls-Royce Trent 700 and 800 engines.

Bearings and thermally matched piston materials maintain the unit's sealing integrity over the full pressure and temperature envelope, and form the platform for all Aero Engine Controls engine fuel-driven actuators.
