Aero Engine Controls in-service products are supported by Goodrich Corporation.
Goodrich is well positioned to provide product services anywhere in the world, with dedicated facilities based in each region of the globe. Through Goodrich's in-house capability and Aero Engine Controls there is experience based on 1.7 billion engine flying hours. There is the knowledge and expertise to meet customers' in-service needs, for both current products and the majority of older products.
Goodrich's global facilities (see map above) provide local maintenance and overhaul services for the majority of products, ensuring local support and world-class turnaround times. All services are performed in accordance with OEM manuals, using only OEM piece parts, to improve on-wing time and reduce life-cycle costs.
Three spare parts offices located in Shirley, U.K.; Monroe, NC, USA and Singapore, provide local ordering and customer support for our customers' piece-part and unit purchasing requirements.
The AOG desk, located in the U.K., provides 24/7/365 support to operators.
Goodrich offers a variety of commercial options to meet customers' needs, ranging from single orders on a time and material basis, to long-term agreements based on a flying-hour rate or fixed price. Many customers prefer long-term spares agreements to more fully support their provisioning and logistics requirements.
